SICB George A. Bartholomew Award Nominations
The Section of Comparative Physiology and Biochemistry is soliciting nominations for the George A. Bartholomew Award. This Award recognizes a distinguished young investigator (within seven years post-Ph.D.) in comparative physiology, comparative biochemistry, and related fields. The award was named in honor of George A. Bartholomew, who championed young students throughout his career. The recipient presents a special lecture at the Annual Meeting. Self-nominations are encouraged and should be accompanied by a current curriculum vitae, three letters of recommendation, and reprints of three recent publications. Letters of nomination should include a brief description of the nominee’s research accomplishments each year to the chair:
